“Dr. Paul Glaser did a wonderful job producing me a Tusa prescription diving mask, including prescription lenses for astigmatism and bifocals. Went diving with it earlier this week and it was great. I simply had Amazon ship my new mask to him, and a few weeks later Paul shipped me my new prescription mask. He was very easy to communicate with and kept me updated throughout the process via text messages. I highly recommend him and Captree for custom dive masks.“

“These 5 stars is for Romina Ferrer! If it wasn’t for Romina 3.5. Why? Because Romina single handily handled a bombardment of questions from colleagues not customers, colleagues! On top of managing customers including myself. I was patient in return because she was calm. Romina even had to answer questions for the new manager? Why isn’t Romina the manager? Very confusing and poor use of employees as resources. After I finally got to sit with her, she stepped away for maybe 2 minutes to grab my receipt off the printer and simultaneously handled a question from the front desk and still knew where she left off with me and still provided sufficient services given the influx of multidirectional questions. And this was my first impression of her. Which then uplifted the 1st impression of the optometrist all around. Thank you Romina!!“

“I am so happy and relieved that this eyeglasses repair shop helped me to fix my eyeglasses that accidentally banged on the side of its temple. Mr Juan from Peru, was very professional, he knows how to fix the temple right away to make it even, and because he doesn’t need to use a welding machine for it, he didn’t charge us.
I am really thankful, for the help, i have read some reviews about him years ago not charging for minor repair, and to experience it was really amazing.
