“These 5 stars is for Romina Ferrer! If it wasn’t for Romina 3.5. Why? Because Romina single handily handled a bombardment of questions from colleagues not customers, colleagues! On top of managing customers including myself. I was patient in return because she was calm. Romina even had to answer questions for the new manager? Why isn’t Romina the manager? Very confusing and poor use of employees as resources. After I finally got to sit with her, she stepped away for maybe 2 minutes to grab my receipt off the printer and simultaneously handled a question from the front desk and still knew where she left off with me and still provided sufficient services given the influx of multidirectional questions. And this was my first impression of her. Which then uplifted the 1st impression of the optometrist all around. Thank you Romina!!”
