“First and most important, the on-site staff is terrific ? ?
The remote eye exam process is not good. I do not recommend participating. A routine 30 minute appointment took well over an hour. Three photos/videos of my eyes, the long upload process for each effort, the Dr review, the Dr instruction to look this way or that way for all three efforts.
I was told it would take longer.
I did not expect a 70+ minute excursion.
The staff on site was wonderful.
Further, I've worn contacts for 30+ years. The after all this, I still don't have a finalized contact prescription. Ridiculous.“
