“I had an incredible experience at Poppy & Fern Hair Studio! Michelle was amazing—after six months with no color, she matched my inspo photo perfectly. I also really needed someone who understands military hair regulations, and she immediately got that everything had to be subtle, blended, and low-key. That can be a nightmare to explain, but she just gets it. She’s so easy to talk to (hairdressers and bartenders really do hear it all!) and made the whole appointment comfortable and fun. The private suite setup is super convenient and easy to get to. Highly recommend!“

She gave me a memorial tattoo in honor of the niece that I was in NY to berry. The ink was not only good work but has come to be the most special and important piece on me. “Ok, I can’t say enough good things about this place. First off, the salon itself was chefs kiss. Clean, sanitary, and relaxing. I saw Kaitlynn today for the first time for a facial. The service I got was top tier. I got a custom facial with dermaplaning which came with a shoulder massage. I walked out of there feeling like a new person. Her attention to detail, quality of service, and personality is the reason I will be going back for a second appt. 10/10 recommend Kaitlynn. You wont be disappointed.“
