“I was a newcomer to the salon and was offered an appointment within two weeks. I had a color and cut but Sarah Countryman and gave her a free hand in both. As a woman in her 60s, changing hairdressers is terrifying. However, I walked out with the best highlight and color that covered the existing but allowed the new growth to blend. That is an art. I look forward to my next appointment and am willing to drive two hours for thus quality of service. And the whole experience at the salon was pleasant and relaxing.”
