I am giving 3 stars because the employees are all very friendly and my niece likes her trim. The reason it is not 5 stars is because my cut is HORRIBLE. It’s shorter than I wanted and very choppy in the back. I guess I expected the girl to at least take a close look at the reference photo but she glanced at it at check in for about 5 seconds then never looked at it again. I will NOT be back for me every again and will only bring my niece back if she gets the same lady.
I always love walking in and being greeted by the stylists, Liv always knocks my hair out of the park and we always have a great time. I travel from Florida to have Liv take care of me. Sarah takes care of my brother and is always happy with the results.
