“I attended just a lovely funeral & repast for my Father in law. The staff was so kind and respectful to our family from start to finish. We originally planned a closed casket service, but when we saw him, he looked so great. At peace, like himself. I was amazed at what a wonderful job they did to prepare him. One of our guests even had a medical emergency and they handled it so professionally. They were kind, patient and welcoming from start to finish. At such a tough time it's great to feel taken care of and allowed to have the space to grieve. Thank you again.“

The wake was handled so professionally and the guests all commented how truly dear Sarah was during the entire day and evening .My husband was honored by two fire departments and they all felt that whatever they needed to do was honored and accepted . The morning of Jimmy's funeral the line of fire trucks , motorcycles , Emts and multiple cars taking Jimmy to the church was handled with such precision. When getting to St.Joseph's on germantown rd the amount of people waiting was shockingly beautiful. Richard made each person feel appreciated by their presence and guided them to help me bring my beloved into church . The church was standing room only but felt all the love pouring out to my love . The fire truck couldn't bring Jimmy to the cemetery due to its size but Richard was there with a hearse so we could walk up to meet him and pallbearers, Jimmy's brothers in the fire departments .They mass in the church and cemetery was beautiful and lovingly prayed over by Father Jakob . We couldn't have gotten through this heartbreaking moment without Richards and St.Joseph's . You will all be in my heart foreverPamela Bayer Bartlett“
