We recently hired Donovan Funeral Home to be our agent for our funeral home in Fall River, Massachusetts, to help us transport a gentleman who passed in New York. From the first contact they were very professional. After comparing them to another firm in the area, Donovan Funeral Home was our number one choice to help us. They were kind and helpful and more than fair in price. June was wonderful and exceeded our expectations on timing on the transfer. Donovans Funeral Home was amazing and extremely compassionate towards my family. I had never planned a funeral before and was extremely emotional. They took the lead for me and helped every step of the way. I honestly dont know what I would have done without out their knowledge and compassion. They helped my family through this tragedy and were able to give my nephew a beautiful send off. We are eternally grateful. I really can't thank them enough!!!
The staff at the funeral home felt like family. During a difficult time they were simply amazing. I can't thank them enough for being so sympathetic and understanding during a tragic time.
