“We noticed if yellow jackets getting into the soffit on a Saturday morning.We called Joe at Pestology-101 and he was at our house within a couple hours. He walked us through what the procedure was and got to it. Hopefully this initial dusting works and takes care of the hive but if not Joe said he'd be back and we could tackle it from the inside.“

“I live in Dutches County ******** and it gets pretty cold up here at times.I and Used Expediant Solutions for cellulose insulation in my attic a few years ago (pre-pandemic). This was a huge difference in keeping my house warm , especially after putting in new windows made from ******** that help seal in the heat.. But I still had cold floors above the basement and I knew that was from the air coming in from the Rim Joist that **** had pointed out previously on the estimate.The main thing that was missing now was sealing off my crawl space and blowing in foam insulation around the rim joist. And having them put in a high end basement dehumidifier so no more emptying buckets.. I called Rich back from the company and he came out and gave me an estimate that was very close to the first time he came out to do the attic insulation a few years back. So I jumped on this and he sent His son over from the company with a small crew to do this project in one day for a very fair price. The workmanship was very neat , organized and well down. A very nice team that made all the difference in my home comfort. I also installed a nest thermostat myself and now I can leave it on 72 and the furnace hardly comes on, and when I shut it back at night it only drops a few degrees and hardly ever hits my 64 eco setting,. The only thing left now is to insulate the basement cinder blocks with backing board.So I will be calling them back again very soon.*****“

“I have been a loyal customer since 2006. Eastern Pest has been exterminating my home throughout the spring and fall and I just recently hired them to continued service all year. Any problem that arises, I can contact Glenn (the owner) or the man that exterminates my home (Nick) and they return my call as soon as possible. Any problem, it is usually resolved in a reasonable amount of time. I use them for tick control and I honestly since using them have not found one tick on my children. I also had a major ant issue this past spring that was an ongoing issue and Nick was persistent with keeping up and following up with this issue till it was resolved. I honestly have to say that Glenn has personally contacted me and followed up with any issue that arises. I have been loyal for 13 years and I trust them.
