I have a 3 day job, starting yesterday, to remove existing, very old insulation and to replace it and improve in my basement and attic on what I had.
Richard, the owner, gave me my estimate and described to me what needed to be done.
Day 1 l, basement kid insulation removal was handled very professionally and what is important to note is that the sanitizing on the walls and ceilings was stipulated in the contact as if needed, the jobs foreman without hesitation saiid that it’s definitely needed. And I believe now that this Company will go beyond what’s in paper to make certain the job is above expectations.

I live in Dutches County ******** and it gets pretty cold up here at times.I and Used Expediant Solutions for cellulose insulation in my attic a few years ago (pre-pandemic). This was a huge difference in keeping my house warm , especially after putting in new windows made from ******** that help seal in the heat.. But I still had cold floors above the basement and I knew that was from the air coming in from the Rim Joist that **** had pointed out previously on the estimate.The main thing that was missing now was sealing off my crawl space and blowing in foam insulation around the rim joist. And having them put in a high end basement dehumidifier so no more emptying buckets.. I called Rich back from the company and he came out and gave me an estimate that was very close to the first time he came out to do the attic insulation a few years back. So I jumped on this and he sent His son over from the company with a small crew to do this project in one day for a very fair price. The workmanship was very neat , organized and well down. A very nice team that made all the difference in my home comfort. I also installed a nest thermostat myself and now I can leave it on 72 and the furnace hardly comes on, and when I shut it back at night it only drops a few degrees and hardly ever hits my 64 eco setting,. The only thing left now is to insulate the basement cinder blocks with backing board.So I will be calling them back again very soon.*****

I hired the company to do attic cleaning. They accidentally dropped a vent outside but their staff have helped us install it again quickly. The cleaning work is pretty good. Little bit expensive but it worth.
