“I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy today. The receptionist was kind and helpful. My nurse, Theresa, was very kind, and able to get my IV first shot. We had some issues and I had to come back at 4:30 so my test could be done as the last procedure. Tonya took care of me in post op. She was great and made me feel comfortable. The nurses in the procedure room were great also. People are quick to complain, but I think it is important to acknowledge a great job done. Kathy B.“

“AMBULATORY/Out patient SURGERY REVIEW. PRE-op check in experience: Excellent experience. Monica at reception is a ray of sunshine and made everything A-OK. REALLY upscale surgical gowns with ports for climate control. Not kidding. Personal climate control. The staff was super pleasant and the waiting areas very clean. Surgery went well and she's on the mend.“

“The loading dock for 3rd party carrier is on the back, passing the company loading docks, but not all the way back. There is another business unit 111, United Banana. The loading dock is straight backing up in the alley, it is good for 1 truck at a time. My appt. Is tomorrow morning but they are able to live unload the truck this afternoon. That is half day saving of my time. Time for straight backing skill to in action.“

“Highly recommend Dr. Gamrel and Dr. Elsagga. Was unhappy with my current doc and practice, and ended up in the ER with this team taking on my case. Got great care in the ER From them, and decided to follow up with the practice outside of that experience. They've been caring, patient, and skilled, especially with the difficulties my body had. Can't recommend them enough!“

“I give this place 4 stars in overall. If I could give a 5 star it would go to nurse Jen in urgent care she definitely goes way and beyond for her patients especially children’s.
She makes the parents feel relaxed and calm. She does her job very well.
I went in today because my son was sick. I didn’t really get an answer of why my son is sick or what he has. Beside that it was ok but my main nurse to go to if you have kids or anything wrong with you is nurse Jen in urgent care.“

The front desk staff was friendly, efficient, and clearly explained the insurance and copay process.

My nurse, was warm and took my initial information and vitals quickly. She made me feel comfortable immediately. The physician, Dr. Pietris, was equally excellent. He was professional, took the time to listen carefully to my symptoms without rushing, and performed a thorough examination. He clearly explained his diagnosis and the treatment plan, including potential side effects of the medication.“

“Came to this urgent care twice and they are professional and prompt. They gave me a timeframe on when they will see me and within 5 minutes of that time I was seen. Once they saw me the check up was quick. They sent me to radiology and I waited for about 2 minutes. The x-ray took about one minute and they also sent the prescription to my local pharmacy as soon as I left. Definitely the quickest doctor check up and x-ray I’ve had done. Would recommend coming here!“
