Staff is exceptional
Terrible experience dealing with a non English speaking person who is not even in this country….didnt even tell me who he was and told me he could not find another date when that was not true.

Why are there so few doctors? Why doesn’t the Wi-Fi work?! I grew up on science fiction that told me we’d have a cool robocalypse before reverting to the Dark Ages, not just that lazy billionaires would decide we weren’t the 21st century anymore and nobody would eat them. Everything is so lame, and every moment of every day just reinforces this.

Went to this optum urgent care location on a Saturday. Before I could even see any medical professional, the intake desk took an incorrect co—pay. I told them I was there for some concerning chest discomfort. As soon as the PA walked in the room, without even checking me out, she suggested I go to an ER. So, why did they even process me through and collect my incorrect co-pay?
