Went to this optum urgent care location on a Saturday. Before I could even see any medical professional, the intake desk took an incorrect co—pay. I told them I was there for some concerning chest discomfort. As soon as the PA walked in the room, without even checking me out, she suggested I go to an ER. So, why did they even process me through and collect my incorrect co-pay?

Came to this urgent care twice and they are professional and prompt. They gave me a timeframe on when they will see me and within 5 minutes of that time I was seen. Once they saw me the check up was quick. They sent me to radiology and I waited for about 2 minutes. The x-ray took about one minute and they also sent the prescription to my local pharmacy as soon as I left. Definitely the quickest doctor check up and x-ray I’ve had done. Would recommend coming here!

the nurse taylor is AWESOME everytime I come here. He always calms my nerves and rules out all the bad possibilities of what I could have and always has such a positive attitude. you can tell he will make it far in his career.
