I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy today. The receptionist was kind and helpful. My nurse, Theresa, was very kind, and able to get my IV first shot. We had some issues and I had to come back at 4:30 so my test could be done as the last procedure. Tonya took care of me in post op. She was great and made me feel comfortable. The nurses in the procedure room were great also. People are quick to complain, but I think it is important to acknowledge a great job done. Kathy B.

I was nervous about my first colonoscopy but they made the whole process go by so quickly and smoothly. I hardly had any wait time at all. They took me back as soon as I finished my paperwork. Everyone who worked there was extremely kind, patient and understanding, and they made me feel very safe. Dr.Williams and the entire team were great at explaining things so I never felt in the dark. When the procedure was all done, they encouraged me to take my time and didn’t rush me out. The entire process felt very organized and professional. A colonoscopy isn’t a pleasant experience, but they made it about as pleasant as it could possibly be!

Waiting for a patient to an have endoscopy (appt at 11 and not taken until 1230). Also, was told to be at the facility by 10:15. Absurd - not necessary. 45 minutes before procedure was to be done? Does not take 45 minutes to complete paperwork. Providers are all amazing. However, scheduling process is a bit frustrating. Listening to the same publication on the TV was torture. Watched the same thing at least 40 times. Staff mentioned it could not be adjusted. This is trivial compared to other experiences at other free standing facilities. The staff is wonderful so still giving it 5 stars.
