I paid for a new water heater and installation and I was highly satisfied. They even advised me about a defective valve and I chose to replace that also with minimal charge. Brian, the PM came to the house to inspect everything which was a smooth process. Install started shortly after signing quote and the process was smooth as well. “I needed a new water heater. Tidal Plumbing sent a plumber and assistant. The process of disconnecting the old heater, removing it, installing and upgrading the pipes, and installing the new heater was seamless. They kept me advised throughout the whole process, during which they put down drop-cloths to protect the floor from dirt/damage. Very mindful of the property while they worked. Very thorough and efficient in their work, but friendly as well. Answered any questions I had and explained when they were going to do anything e.g. shutting off water, turning on faucets. Tidal Plumbing is tech savvy. Got email alerts confirming work scheduled with a ballpark time slot. Received texts when they were almost there. Used photo features to show work and progress to MP which saved so much time.“

After a very comprehensive initial inspection and estimate, Dan offered creative solutions to our complicated issue of replacing both wet return lines which were damaged and buried under our basement foundation.
