“I was introduced to Fraktel, Troy NY this past year. My oldest son(24yrs old) has been getting his hair done here for years. He referred his younger brother(16yrs old) who is on the spectrum so hes socially awkward and wierd about getting his hair done. As soon as we opened the door to Fraktel, everyone is so nice and very welcoming. Its very clean with a comfortable surrounding. Tyler does my sons hair and he does an amazing job.
