He referred his younger brother(16yrs old) who is on the spectrum so hes socially awkward and wierd about getting his hair done. As soon as we opened the door to Fraktel, everyone is so nice and very welcoming. Its very clean with a comfortable surrounding. Tyler does my sons hair and he does an amazing job. He is patient and answers any questions we may have. He helps show my son how to style his hair as well. After one visit with Tyler, he's been stepping out of his comfort zone.
