I even panicked that the top of the gown showed too much of my chest and she was able to create more coverage from the hem pieces she cut …when my gown was finished you could not tell that the added coverage didn’t come on the dress!!! The kindness and patience shown to me was above and beyond ..not to mention the cost was very reasonable ! Both of my daughters had their bridesmaid dresses altered there as well and my daughter just dropped off her bridal shower dress!! If you need alterations done don’t hesitate to call this place!!“

I had an emergency when I couldn’t pick up my clothes on Saturday as scheduled, and of course, I had a wedding to attend on Sunday — but the store was closed. My wife started calling any number she could find, and miraculously, we reached an employee who was incredibly kind and understanding. Within minutes, he called us back and told us the owner would meet us at the store in 10–15 minutes.

On a Sunday, the owner himself came out to help us — that’s true customer service! I can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond. Excellent service all around. Highly recommend Evergreen Cleaners!
