I have been a customer at Embassy Cleaners for many years, and I have always been pleased with the service there. I recently brought in an old, vintage braided rag rug for cleaning and repair. I corresponded with Paquita who brought insight and skill to the plan for the rug’s repair. The rug was cleaned beautifully, and hat’s off to their tailor - the repair was skillfully done. We used Embassy to clean 8 Silhouette shades. They were over 25 years old and had never been cleaned. To say they were dirty is an understatement.
Embassy gave us a reasonable price, they came to the house, took down the shades and took them to their store. There they hung them, cleaned them carefully, let them dry and delivered them back to us.
The shades look great (though they're still old and not as white as they were) and we're very pleased.
