“I just had the best experience with North Broadway Cleaners!!! My daughter bought a dress for a wedding only to find out there was a tear in the seam. I took it up to them as a walk in. The owner was very friendly and I showed her the problem. She took the dress and while I waited made the repair in less than 10 minutes!!! The cost was only $16.00. I am so grateful and felt the need to write this post as a way to say Thank you!”
“I'd like to give a shout out to Y&S Cleaners in Nyack. Gave them a beautiful antique lace baptism dress to see if they could make the lace white again. The dress was made from the lace of the child's great grandmothers wedding dress and passed down to each generation. They finished it quite quickly and it looked amazing. I generally avoid giving negative reviews as I feel constructive criticism should be positive in nature. I tried other dry cleaners for various things around the Rt 59 corridor and have not been satisfied until I found Y&S. I will be recommending this business to all my neighbors.”

I had an emergency when I couldn’t pick up my clothes on Saturday as scheduled, and of course, I had a wedding to attend on Sunday — but the store was closed. My wife started calling any number she could find, and miraculously, we reached an employee who was incredibly kind and understanding. Within minutes, he called us back and told us the owner would meet us at the store in 10–15 minutes.<br><br>On a Sunday, the owner himself came out to help us — that’s true customer service! “I find the place extremely clean abd tidy. Plenty of machines, so there is no waiting. The staff is very helpful and more so helping elderly to lift. I've been to others in the area, but this one is the best I think in the area. Only downside is it closes early, but hey they have a life too.”

“I purchased a mom of the groom gown last minute for my son’s wedding and I wanted to alter it to a mermaid fit …tons of beading and tuul was not a problem ..the seamstress was amazing!!!!! I even panicked that the top of the gown showed too much of my chest and she was able to create more coverage from the hem pieces she cut …when my gown was finished you could not tell that the added coverage didn’t come on the dress!!! The kindness and patience shown to me was above and beyond ..not to mention the cost was very reasonable ! Both of my daughters had their bridesmaid dresses altered there as well and my daughter just dropped off her bridal shower dress!! If you need alterations done don’t hesitate to call this place!!”

“High quality services, friendly attendants, comfortable and safe atmosphere.<br><br>For wash and fold, they go above and beyond, separating out heat-sensitive items, and drying those on lower heat so that they would not get damaged.<br><br>I have also had dozens of alterations done there, all performed with the highest attention to detail and finish. And they even re-did an item free of charge when I wasn't 100% satisfied, despite my trying to pay again (because it was a matter of personal preference; they actually did a great job the first time and the item fit perfectly. I simply preferred that the darts be in a different location on the garment).<br><br>Most importantly, the people working there are all very professional and behave appropriately, with kindness, enthusiasm and respect.”
