“I purchased a mom of the groom gown last minute for my son’s wedding and I wanted to alter it to a mermaid fit …tons of beading and tuul was not a problem ..the seamstress was amazing!!!!! I even panicked that the top of the gown showed too much of my chest and she was able to create more coverage from the hem pieces she cut …when my gown was finished you could not tell that the added coverage didn’t come on the dress!!! The kindness and patience shown to me was above and beyond ..not to mention the cost was very reasonable ! For wash and fold, they go above and beyond, separating out heat-sensitive items, and drying those on lower heat so that they would not get damaged.

I have also had dozens of alterations done there, all performed with the highest attention to detail and finish. And they even re-did an item free of charge when I wasn't 100% satisfied, despite my trying to pay again (because it was a matter of personal preference; they actually did a great job the first time and the item fit perfectly. I simply preferred that the darts be in a different location on the garment).

Most importantly, the people working there are all very professional and behave appropriately, with kindness, enthusiasm and respect.“
