I cannot recommend this local laundry cleaner highly enough! From the moment I dropped off my first load of laundry, I was blown away by their exceptional service and attention to detail.First and foremost, the quality of their work is outstanding. I rarely give reviews but this place is the best. Owned and operated by Juleo, his brother Juan and nephew Jose!!! All 3 gentlemen are the most welcoming, humorous, and respectful people I know. They are truly compassionate for their customers and specialize in satisfying all their specific needs. Customer for over 20yrs. I experienced tragic fire at my residence and lost everything I owned from fire, smoke and water damage. I brought some items I cherished and wanted to salvage. Juleo was honest and said he normally wouldn't even attempt to clean clothes that were in a fire but he knew what my favorite shirts were. Solo is the best - not only in their dry cleaning service, but in their customer service. Jose, the owner, knows everyone by name and if he sees a spot that you tried to clean yourself, he'll give you tips on what to do next time so you don't make it worse. They store your sweaters at no charge and just try to make everything as easy as possible. My husband is very particular and stopped using about 7 different dry cleaners in his life, but he would never leave Jose. Even though they have delivery service, I think my husband drops off the dry cleaning just to say hi to Jose. 10 stars!
