“Dr. Sofos is by FAR the most legitimate chiropractor I've experienced. For 2.5 years I searched for a chiropractor from Westchester to Manhattan following my car accident in 2020. Every single one came off as a car salesman more invested in milking me for all my money than improving my health. I experienced shocking tactics from these \\\"chiropractors\\\" from free visits in exchange for 5 star reviews, to locking me into a payment plan for the next year of care (regardless of if I would respond to treatment), to charging me $300 for an xray before they would adjust me just to adjust me anyway after I refused. I never experienced this with Dr. Sofos. It actually felt MEDICAL as opposed to sales-y. From the moment we met, he was professional and personable. He did an initial examination of my back, sent me for muscle stimulation and heat therapy before adjusting my back, talking through specific nerves and areas of my back with visual aid, and then teaching and assigning me stretches to do for my specific pain. I left feeling like my wellness was the goal. Very excited to be a patient here, excited for the future of my healing, and for once, will be a returning patient to a chiropractic office! “My neck and lower back has been bothering me for a bit after having my daughter. I went to several chiropractors in the past and they 'fix' me but I would come back repeatedly with the same issues. I never had a real adjustment since the other offices gave me heat pads and other things. This week was truly difficult, I had such limited mobility with my neck that every turn or small motion was met with a pulling pain. I did a walk-in to the office as soon as they opened. Kim at the front desk was very helpful, although walk-ins were not typical she fit me in between Dr. Paul's appointments. He was straight to the point and worked a miracle on my neck and lower back. I felt instant relief and was able to move my neck. It was a great relief. The office was clean, reception was informative,Dr. Paul had a great sense of humor while working quickly and effectively. I highly recommend them.“

“When I first met with Dr Paule, I was unable to stand longer than 15 mins without excruciating pain and had to restrict personal activities due to my constant back pain (and this was after 6 months of treatment from an orthopedic specialist with no improvement). Within the first month in Dr Paule’s care, my pain subsided and I was able to resume my favorite activities again. After less than a year with his treatment, I am now pain free.Dr Paule is also incredibly focused on making sure his patients are completely “in the know” on their treatment plans. During my first visit he spent over an hour with me explaining what was happening with my back and how he planned on helping me. On my second visit, after his business manager had contacted my insurance company to gather information, he spent even more time thoroughly explaining to me my insurance coverage, telling me what I should expect in terms of what would be covered and explaining how my insurance plan worked.
