“I have no idea how this place does not have more reviews! Super cute, clean, welcoming space in Setauket. I went in for a haircut, wanting to ask about what to do with my hair as far as color/highlights etc. I have had a really bad experience in the past (in fact you can read the review!) and was super nervous about doing anything different with my hair... Well, Tula and Ezra were amazing. Tula came over and gave me a few options - not pressuring me in any direction - and explained EVERYTHING in detail!! She told me what each option meant and how often I would have to come back...When I explained what I was thinking, she recommended the most inexpensive, low-maintenance option and said it would honestly be the best. She *listened* to me!! I did not feel like I was getting overcharged, and felt so comfortable I ended up doing everything that same day! Ezra did a beautiful job with the dye and the color melt and cut, and Tula checked in on every aspect. You can tell these women love what they do and Tula has such pride in her business. My hair looks gorgeous and healthy and I absolutely love it!! It's been a long time since I've been able to say that! I am so happy I finally found "my" salon and look forward to going back! I also noticed that they do alllll sorts of other things, from micro blading to lasering of things lol. This may be my one stop shop for beauty!“
“This was my first time and I love Angela! I’m going back in a couple of weeks so she can do my color! I’m obsessed with the location and how the shop has such a comfortable feel to it. The woman that washed my hair (I’m so sorry I can’t think of her name) was a doll too. Helped me pick out my conditioning treatment, very knowledgeable and I’m beyond glad I listened to her suggestions! I’m sure everyone there is fabulous but my experience today was top tier. My stylist came over & introduced herself, actually had a conversation with me and genuinely tried to gather as much info about what I was looking for, as she could. I fully entrusted her and said “do what you think is best for my hair” and I couldn’t be happier! And the conversations during the session was superb! Like I literally love her and we just met. Incredibly personable! And overall just the nicest human being! I’m so excited to go back, it’s taken me FOREVER to find a stylist I like and trust, with a salon I can also feel at home in. Kudos to the owner because she’s doing it right! They have gained a life long client <3“

“I went to the St James location using a groupon, scheduling was pretty easy but appointments seemed kind of limited. The facility was kind of a hole in the wall, but nice inside. The massage was okay, not the best I've ever had but for $32 it was good. She definitely communicated with me a lot to make sure the pressure was good. The location could have been more peaceful, I could hear some car traffic from outside. Overall it was a good experience for the price.“

“This was a trip for my 84yr old father to his old neighborhood. So we tracked up there from NC via NYC. The week was going well. I thought it couldn't get better but then.......PURITY SPA AND MY DAD WEEK WENT TO ANOTHER LEVEL! He came out feeling great. I was a lil jealous because they didn't have anymore.“
