Went in for a facial and went over my skin issues and she recommend an $130 upgrade told her I wasn't trying to spend that type of money and that all I wanted was hydration as my skin was dry. Then recommended a mico and some other type of Facial for an additional $100 once again don't want to spend that, finally she convinced me on upgraded for a blue light for an additional $50 and the blue light was used on my face for not even 2 min, was a joke. At the end of the facial she recommend a moisturizer that she said she uses every single day, when I asked her how much she said she wasnt sure. Absolutely amazing facial. I had an introductory facial plus a microdermabrasion and I'm absolutely glowing (as much as a 62 year old broad can glow!). The woman who helped me was amazing, a true pro and just the right amount of conversation and quiet. My only issue (which is more on me than them) is that I felt pressured to buy product. Before I could come out of the room after dressing, the products she had mentioned were lined up for me to consider while I was paying. I didn't like that part. I didn't buy and I understand its part of their business, but it turned me off just a bit. Otherwise, absolutely perfect.

I really have nothing to compare my first facial to LOL! However I believe Lisa did a wonderful job, she was kind and made me feel comfortable. She told me everything she was going to do before she did it. She was knowledgeable about skincare and what my skin needed. I had expressed that I liked to use more natural products on my skin and she recommended the clarity brand which she used on my face and I loved the way it made my face look and feel. I ended up buying the trial size kit! Overall I had a really great experience at hand and stone.
