Well-needed self care day!
I had a wonderful experience at Spa St. Tropez. From the moment I booked the appointment for a friend's birthday spa day with Jessica. The scheduling was challenging but, Jessica worked her magic and my friend and I were able to go in on the same day, around the same time for the golden facial, massage with refreshments package.
From the moment I entered the place I felt calm. I was greeted by Kaylee and Deborah who made check in a smooth transition. My esthetician was Vanessa, she was incredibly professional and explained every steps of the facial to me. As far as my facial goes it is the best treatment. Diane is the best at this profession. My problem is with front desk. I went in last week and asked to purchase a night cream. A very young girl said she had what I needed. Come to find out what she sold me needs to be used with a moisturizer and not every night And the product I was sold would dry out my skin. So she knows nothing about the products Secondly when i was done we were trying to get the manager at front desk attention for me to buy the correct serum and she was too busy chatting away about vacations and nothing pertaining to to the spa. So I just left. Nothing being said like wait I'll be right with you nothing. Certainly poor customer skills Only reason I'm continuing to go here is because I love Diane Another bad experience around Christmas time but a different story

Natalie is a great esthetician and I highly recommend her. I always feel comfortable, cared for, and truly listened to. She takes the time to understand my skin concerns and explained every step of the process, depending on what kind of facial I'm getting. The whole experience is always relaxing. My skin has never looked or felt better--glowing, refreshed, and healthy. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine passion for skincare really sets her apart.
