“I always thought that a therapeutic massage was an overindulgence of sorts. My daughter gifted me one and simultaneously set up the appointment. I had the privilege of seeing Alaine in the port Jefferson location. She was very sweet and gracious, and made me feel totally comfortable. In the middle of an incredibly relaxing message, I commented to Alaine that the only word I had to describe the experience was “delicious”. Needless to say, I have made it my priority to continue with these very therapeutic “ overindulgences “ on a regular basis. Alaine is every so professional, competent and empathetic. It is without reservation that I recommend Karasmatic day spa and especially Alaine.“

“If I can give them more stars I would have! Amazing staff and always so friendly and very informative on any questions I have. Sara and Tula are artists at what they do! Sara always does the most amazing job at my laser, eyebrows and lash lifts. They have one of the best laser machine out there, take it from someone that had to shave everyday and had the worst dark pigmentation and ingrown. Now they are completely GONE! I always recommend them to anyone I know.“

“This was my first time and I love Angela! I’m going back in a couple of weeks so she can do my color! I’m obsessed with the location and how the shop has such a comfortable feel to it. The woman that washed my hair (I’m so sorry I can’t think of her name) was a doll too. Helped me pick out my conditioning treatment, very knowledgeable and I’m beyond glad I listened to her suggestions! I’m sure everyone there is fabulous but my experience today was top tier. My stylist came over & introduced herself, actually had a conversation with me and genuinely tried to gather as much info about what I was looking for, as she could. I fully entrusted her and said “do what you think is best for my hair” and I couldn’t be happier! And the conversations during the session was superb! Like I literally love her and we just met. Incredibly personable! And overall just the nicest human being! I’m so excited to go back, it’s taken me FOREVER to find a stylist I like and trust, with a salon I can also feel at home in. Kudos to the owner because she’s doing it right! They have gained a life long client <3“
