On 10/10/24, I’d say the whole experience was “ok,” but not excellent. For example, the female medical scribe named “amen” who guided me to the exam room was not very polite. For instance, she did not say “please” when giving directions on where to sit. She sounded bossy when communicating to me as a patient. That’s something that can be worked on. Furthermore, my prescription order was not sent to the pharmacy I requested. I called the front desk, but the order was still never sent. So that was a problem. Other than that, Dr. Hua Xu Cheng seemed happy and friendly when he saw me. So I am giving it a 3-star for the doctor, but minus 2-stars for the issue...read full review
