I don't play with my eyesight. This office has the best staff as they are efficient, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I have been a patient for 20 years and hands down the best practice from Staten Island to Manhattan. Dr. Frank Pirozzolo had taken care of my eyesight in the most caring way as if I were his daughter, his office staff makes it so easy to make appointments, his Optcians take thier time to ensure you choose the right glasses and explain why the style and fit are the right choice for your prescription and face. They also explain the cost in detail. Lovely practice, the staff have been there for years so that says so much.

Dr Horowitz is a wonderful brilliant doctor. He is so caring and kind. I moved and travel to Staten Island to use him. My family and I have ? percent confidence in him. We r now 3 generation using him. There is not enough praise. His office staff is wonderful. So kind n considerate. ???

Quick wait time, the doctor is fantastic, office staff is kind and pleasant. The office has a very dingy smell, hopefully that is something the can look into fixing and then I would be giving a 5/5.
