I recently called him for termite treatment and instead of taking my money and treating the house he did an inspection of the house for activity. When i asked him how much i owed him i should not say this because he should have charged me but he let me go without a fee. He did not scare me or tell me i needed treatment but instead told me to hold off and wait until there is activity. He is an HONEST contractor which is extremely hard to find.
