I made an appointment and arrived at the facility 13 minutes late, after also calling and letting then know I'll be late on a voice-mail. I traveled almost qn hour for this important appointment and I receive a call back saying that Doctor Sancho (GYN) said if anyone is late, she can't see them. There are signs everywhere in the office of a grace period of 15 minutes, which I made. I was told I could see her at 3 pm which I couldn't do. I am panicking because I am leaving for Virginia tomorrow and will be gone over a week. so my concern will go unchecked. After waiting a half hour with no doctor to speak with as I requested- I began knocking on the main door to get someone else's attention. I was told I'll get the cops called on me FOR KNOCKING. If you don't believe me, check the camera footage. Doctor Sancho finally comes out and she begins aggressively questioning my "banging" which was incorrect. She didn't come out addressing my issue or the fact that I felt completely discarded- me and my concern! I was bumped for another patient even though I made my appointment time. It was extremely unprofessional for Doctor Sancho to come out with an attitude at me when I was respectful, stern but respectful. This is a Christian facility with good reviews yet I'm sick to my stomach right now. I left extremely upset. I wonder if it's a race issue- it crossed my mind. I contacted Human resources hospital complaint line to make a formal complaint. I'm sorry, this entire situation was completely unnecessary and unprofessional!
