I visited beacon health community center in Staten Island on forest avenue in march waiting time 15 minutes front reception staff are very rude and unprofessional once I got my turn to see nurse and Nurse Practitioner Mr. Appu Darly saw I must say he was the only person in the clinic who was a bright star he checked and examined me answered all my concerned questions. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sancho-Torres during my first visit this week. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional, which immediately made me feel comfortable.
Dr. Sancho-Torres was kind, attentive, and thorough. She took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and explain everything clearly without making the appointment feel rushed. Her bedside manner was excellent, and I truly appreciated how comfortable and at ease she made me feel throughout my visit.

I am a new patient at the other location at 2031 Forest ave. So far I've had a good experience making appointmentments, checking in is quick with minimal wait time and my doctor is nice and knowledgeable.
