Stay away from Dr. Faruh, if she is still there. She is a pervert, disrespectful and unprofessional. I was thinking about submitting a formal complaint about her but instead i just don't use the service of this specific VA clinic anymore.

I called this # countless times to try and establish primary care. I either get forwarded to the Brooklyn VA or just plane humg up on. It's a shame because I would love to have a PCM in staten island without having to go to brooklyn!

I found this local clinic and was feeling unwell, so I went it. When you first walk in, there is rent a cop at a podium and he IMMEDIATELY asks you who you are there to see. Then the secretary behind the desk waits a MILLISECOND and repeats what the rent a cop just said. And not in a friendly "how May I help you" kind of way. They are overly aggressive. Ultimately, I was told they don't accept walk-ins. Nor do they have a doctor or doctors to treat walk-ins. So they recommended a nearby non-VA urgent care or the Brooklyn VA emergency room.
