I scheduled a new-patient appointment here months in advance as a Medicaid patient, and the visit was confusing and avoidable. At check-in I was told that a comprehensive new-patient exam would require a full-mouth X-ray series that my plan covers only once every three years, and that because I already had a recent panoramic from another office, a new series would be a $50 out-of-pocket charge. Terrible service. Dr Rosalinda Rosario is ok but unavailable most of the times and extremely rush and apparently stressed. They have this NURSE PRACTITIONER THAT IS TERRIBLE CECILIA AJANG. UNPPROFESIONAL, AND NO EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AT ALL.
