I contracted with M Stevens to replace a roof, siding, and several windows in my North Fork home. During construction several structural deficiencies in the house were uncovered requiring a major rehab. The work performed by M Stevens was exemplary and transformative, breathing new life into a somewhat ramshackle 80+ year old dwelling beset with serious structural problems. M Stevens combination of construction expertise, craftsmanship, and design savvy were critical to the success of the restoration. My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result and have concluded that M Stevens was the perfect contractor for what this home needed. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Owner/operator Jeff Bradley and his crew are truly exceptional. They are hard-working, efficient, and incredibly professional. Jeff's team removed several trees and stumps from my property with remarkable promptness and effective communication throughout the process.
They are definitely skilled professionals and arrive with a flotilla of super impressive trucks and machinery making the work quick and easy (at least it looked that way to me!).

A big shout out and THANK YOU to Eileen in the Southampton office. I called the office to ask if they accept my husband's Medicaid insurance, and unfortunately they don't, but Eileen was a wealth of information! She gave me other places that may accept his insurance as well as those that perform the Mohs procedure. My husband was also diagnosed with Melanoma and Eileen also gave me suggestions on what information will be needed when finding a doctor to handle that surgery. She took the time from her busy day to help and calm me down. That's a very special person in my book and this office is very lucky to have her!! Thank you again Eileen!

Eric and his team at SOTA have been fantastic. They installed new engineered rift and quartered white oak flooring over radiant heating (Warm Board) and maneuvered around tiled surfaces as well as steel railings. Then, they re-finished and stained existing red oak flooring to match the new white oak. No matter the challenge, Eric had a solution. And, he was flexible, communicative and very friendly throughout. He and his guys are great -- we recommend them highly.

In a few days I will be 92, and I have had many people cut my hair. Nobody has done as good a job as Tiana at Tiana Rose Salon. Armed with only her scissors, a blow dryer and a hairbrush, she takes many years off my appearance each time she gives me a trim. Also, the decor in her salon is extremely pleasing, and it is absolutely spotless. I've seen her do wonders with men's haircuts too. If it was possible to give more than five stars, I would. Prior to traveling to Southampton from Florida, for a wedding, I contacted Resolve Hair to schedule appointments to have my hair blown out . Olivia was very helpful to arrange appointments for me . I was welcomed to the salon by Teressa who was very friendly and welcoming. Raina blew out my hair Friday and Saturday and did a wonderful job . I received many compliments and would definitely recommend & return to Resolve .
Xavier as Giorgio's Barber Shop in South Hampton, New York is without a doubt a Master Barber and a wonderful human being. His skill is immeasurable and he is as honest as they come. People think fades and head shaves are easy cuts, but that couldn't be further from the truth—it takes so much skill! I left feeling great and felt the need to write this review. I have been going to the shop now known as Ralph's Barber Shop for more than 75 years (Yelp seems to think I live in California, but in truth, I have lived in Southampton all my life!). Ralph has cut my hair for well over 40 years, and his son, Matt, does it when Ralph is busy. They are both skilled practitioners, and their price is fair. Give them a try!
Went to a different barber shop and they butchered my hair a couple weeks ago. I have longer hair that can be harder to manage. Couldn't take it anymore and needed to clean it up. Called and got an appointment with Kevin, luckily he had an opening on the same day. He nailed it, I feel like a million bucks now. Definitely recommend Kevin. On a side note, he was also the most chill barber there, I was happy to be in his seat.

WOW! So the water pump at our summer house had an issue about a month ago, and the tech who came out showed us a super easy fix for it- he said if it issue kept happening we'd prob need to replace the pump, and we do need to cause it happened again Friday night but Saturday morning- on a weekend, outside of business hours-?their emergency dispatcher was able to put me in touch with Vinny almost immediately, and he walked me through the 'quick fix' steps over the phone (let me send photos of the pump and exactly what I was looking at, and even went out to his truck to find an exact match of the piece I needed to wiggle to get it to turn back on!). We still need to replace the pump, which was inevitable, but The fact that Vinny was able and willing to help us out with the "quick fix" so that we have water over the weekend until their regular business hours resumed was AMAZING! Vinny couldn't have been nicer, clearer, or more patient, and I could tell he wasn't a "weekend emergency" tech, but a regularly scheduled weekday employee who is kind enough to take 15 minutes out of his Saturday off to help me out. As a single woman who knows jack about HVAC, plumbing, or cars, I almost always worry that I'm being overcharged or being told that I need things done that are actually necessary, and I cannot describe what an AWESOME relief it is when working with people who are honest, kind, and genuinely helpful. Initially I had called Okey because their sticker was on the pump from when it was installed by the previous owners, but now I am legit a loyal customer for life. Thank you Okey, and THANK YOU VINNY!

The do great work. I had so many strange things go wrong with my electric. MRC came in fixed all the problems they were very reasonable. And they put in a new outlet for my airconditioner and now I have air conditioner that cools the whole downstairs of my house. They were very neat too they cleaned up after themselves. I had no worries.

ServPro has been exceptional. We had a massive pipe leak in our home, damaging two full floors. Greg arrived at our house around 4am to immediately help with water removal and came to our house every day for a week to make sure all next steps were taken to prevent further damage. Kevin then walked us through each step of the reconstruction and has been wonderful. We are beyond grateful and impressed by Greg, Kevin and the entire ServPro team. They have been lifesavers in a very challenging situation.

Well, where do I begin. I had an emergency situation with a termite swarm inside my house with guests staying. Elizabeth came to my rescue - she was truly my lifeline! Elizabeth promptly went to work dispatching her best exterminator to my home. She stayed in constant contact with me from morning through late afternoon until emergency was resolved. Sensing my anxiety and apprehension, Elizabeth took her time reassuring me and explaining how termites behave and all the options available to immediately control the swarm. I've been being seen by Dr. Cohen for quite some time now. He's a very intuitive and conscientious doctor and has saved me from another surgery! He's always been there for me when I'm hurting. His wife, Mary Buffo, has also been a piece of the equation for me, doing yoga.At one point, when our son's pediatrician said he had a bit of scoliosis, Dr. Cohen "straightened" him right out!
