Hardy came quickly to do a major job. They were the only plumber locally who returned my call and came within hours. Job was done very efficiently. Their technicians Brian and Jonathan were professional and courteous. Price was reasonable for scope of work. Would definitely recommend and use again.
The representative who came today was excellent. Shelbin (I think was his name) He was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and was efficient in his work. Of course, I am not happy with how expensive it is to have this water filter but it works well. That is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5
Rich was friendly, efficient, careful, neat, just perfect. Replaced an old, deteriorating part of a toilet and tweaked another part in the same toilet because the whole thing wasn’t flushing properly, and fixed the sink in the kitchen that was dripping through the faucet. As always, Hardy, does it all right! Thank you.
