Maria is truly remarkable. She made me feel comfortable even before my appointment by asking for photos and discussing my preferences and desires. Her attentiveness continued while I was in the chair, ensuring I felt at ease throughout the process. Maria’s skills shine both in cutting and coloring hair. From the moment I walked in, until the moment I walked out, I felt very taken care of. The staff is very in-tune to the schedule, as they knew who to expect at the salon and when. At arrival, I was greeted by name and offered a beverage of choice (coffee, tea or water), which is a really nice added touch. Once robed, I had a quick consult with my stylist, Alicia, who then explained to my tech which products to use for my shampoo and treatment. The staff are well-communicated amongst one another and their professionalism is appreciated. I love my cut! Added bonus: the products are clean, smell great, leave your hair feeling fresh and your confidence high!

Prior to traveling to Southampton from Florida, for a wedding, I contacted Resolve Hair to schedule appointments to have my hair blown out . Olivia was very helpful to arrange appointments for me . I was welcomed to the salon by Teressa who was very friendly and welcoming. Raina blew out my hair Friday and Saturday and did a wonderful job . I received many compliments and would definitely recommend & return to Resolve .
