I have been using this company for years and can't say enough good things about them. They are always professional, informative, and take the time to explain any issues and the available solutions.
They were just at my home today and, as always, arrived on time and ready to work. They put on their booties, got right down to business, and quickly fixed several different items.
One thing I learned today was that many newer faucets are designed with regulated flow rates to help conserve water, which can make the pressure seem lower than older models.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I have been a Southampton home owner for over 30 years. In December of 2023 I used Essay for the first time. Truly remarkable service. Great people. Not only the best plumbers I have had the pleasure of dealing with, but Essay ranks among the top five service providers I have dealt with on the East End.

Matt from R. Essay Plumbing and Heating came to fix my heat exchanger which was not winterized. He did a great job. He was fast and efficient and really knew how to help us. Whenever I call Dan picks right up and handles the issues really well. I appreciate the knowledgeable staff and quality service I have received so far. I expect to us them now for a shower issue and for annual maintenance. Will update everyone as I go. Very good experience so far!
