John Ania and Alexim Builders completed a transformation of our home well within our budget and produced a high quality product. John listens to you and what you want and does not try to upsell, unlike every other contractor we spoke to during the vetting process. He pays attention to details that a home owner might miss and if things are not exactly as they should be he points that out, instead of hoping you don't notice, and makes it right.
