Yesterday, I took my mom’s fur baby, Soju, to MedVet Norwalk, and I cannot say enough positive things about the experience.

From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warmth and compassion and treated Soju with the absolute best care. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Morduchaer, Denise, Denixza, front desk receptionist , and Spencer—each of them was incredibly helpful, supportive, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain everything and made sure Soju received the best possible treatment.

Over the past few months, my mom experienced the heartbreaking loss of another fur baby. At the two previous vets we visited, the conversation immediately focused on high costs and a required 30% down payment—before even discussing treatment. We understand veterinary care is a business, but it was difficult to feel heard or supported in those moments.

They were both so kind and willing to work with me. How kind and knowledgeable the doctor and techs were. Also the fact that the doctor was willing to work with me to try a treatment plan even without doing an MRI to confirm what the actual cause of the problem is.“

In stark contrast, Dr. Immerblum and his team at GBVCC prioritize animal well-being and are mindful of costs. They went above and beyond to obtain my dog's records from previous providers and ensured our comfort throughout the transition. During our initial visit, Dr. Immerblum dedicated more than an hour to getting to know my dog and answering my questions. Unlike my previous experience, GBVCC is reliably open during regular business hours, with staff available until midnight and even later for emergencies. The difference is remarkable.
