Quality of care… and superb communication/explanation. Dr Goodwin is an exceptional communicator and teacher. He really knew what I needed to see and learn in order to best care for my dog. The staff, techs and Doctor’s professionalism with compassion was greatly appreciated. Also, they physically handled my dog with confidence - he felt secure and calm while having the echocardiogram - no sedation needed.
Our dog swallowed a large object and we were clearly concerned. We called Guardian and they immediately expressed confidence, professionalism, and swiftness over the phone. When my husband arrived, they quickly took our dog into their care. My husband also expressed concern over cost and they said they would start with inducing vomit, for a reasonable price considering everything. It worked, our dog is healthy and we spent less than 450 dollars for an ER vet visit with no insurance. We very much appreciate having them start with a cheaper yet efficient method. Great work by Guardian!
Amazing place. Dr. Petkov and Dr. Gibson took excellent care of our fur baby when we came in in the middle of the night with our dog having cluster seizures. Upon pickup the next day Dr. Petkov was so kind, caring and really took the time to explain the diagnosis and our options regarding treatment. But not just the doctors also every staff member we encountered was so wonderful, helpful and really put our minds at ease. If I could give 10 stars I would.
