Pound Ridge Vet Center is a shining star. The team has been so very helpful and understanding with the care of our two dogs and two cats. We were wondering how we would be able to find quality care for our animals when we moved to Waccabuc 6 months ago and were so fortunate to have stumbled upon Pound Ridge. Dr Bayha has been outstanding, providing compassionate, well informed professional care and constantly goes above and beyond. First visit, seems well run and everyone is nice and professional. My only concern here is the costs. I paid $750 for an annual visit that did not even include all of my small dogs shots. Over $400 in lab fees alone was pretty stunning. I had never experienced this kind of blind charge in all my years as a dog and cat owner. When I set up my first appt, I did ask about some of the basic fees for visit/shots. I do think if someone is told that we should do blood tests that some sense of cost needs to be associated with this decision and not be a surprise. Thank you.
