“I've been a patient since brookhaven gastro opened. I started w dr berman until he retired and now w dr pilia. Dr pilia is outstanding as he listens to you and he is a perfectionist w scoping. The only drawback are the medical assistants. The office manager should fire all if them as they r on their cells texting and do not pay attention when u call. The office assistants are terrible. Lack of communication.“

“The office changed has definitely gotten better since langone took over. I have to see my doctor every five months and the last appointment they made for me was approximately a year out. I am lucky enough to have an email relationship with my doctor and he helps me out a lot. I have been his patient for over 30 years so I tend to believe That he helped me in difficult situations and securing earlier appointments. But at the same time I agree trying to get through anything at the office is very difficult on my phone. I have better success using theLangone app which is wonderful.“
