I started seeing dr Dicanio almost 5 years ago when he was still in lake grove he is amazing! He doesn’t brush off your concerns he takes them seriously and adresses the issue… recently I’ve been seeming PA Osvaldo and he is seriously the best as well! My panic attacks were causing me to not be able to leave my house and we worked on it and got me on the right medication I’ve been on for years now.i am Never rushed- amazing bedside manner.. as a fellow healthcare worker this is the best doctor I’ve ever had, which is why I kept coming when they moved to Patchogue ❤ family like atmosphere as well

I visited HealthOne Medical in Patchogue while dealing with a family medical crisis, and I can’t say enough about the care I received. Delmis and Ossie were incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate. They both took the time to listen to my concerns, made me feel comfortable, and addressed my issue thoroughly.
Considering everything I was going through at the time, their empathy meant a great deal. They made me feel safe, heard, and cared for, which is something you don’t always find in healthcare. I truly appreciate the professionalism and kindness they showed me, and I’m very grateful for the care I received. Thank you both for taking such good care of me.

The care and professionalism of the doctors, nurses, and staff are magnificent—a 100 out of 10 in every respect. They are excellent human beings, and their dedication to service is outstanding. God bless them.
