I've had some mixed results with urgent care, but overall, experiences have been very good. My PCP is Dr. Tiu, who is great. He never rushes and takes the time to listen. He also offers good suggestions. I've very happy with the level of care I've received from him.

I really like this place. They have been very accommodating to me and my family, especially over the last three years with Covid. They’ve always taken great care to be gentle and kind when treating my kids. There staff have been under a lot of pressure in the last few years and I appreciate all the hard work.

On Saturday evening, I sliced my finger open using a kitchen knife improperly and had to go to Urgent Care for stitches - first time ever. They were closing at 8:00 p.m.; I showed up at 7:00 p.m., and was greeted kindly by Geraldine, who entered my personal details into the system. Raychele and Emily, the two nurse/practitioners who tended to my wound, were so nice, so attentive, so professional. They put me at ease, shared who they were solving the problem at every step and, when 10+ shots of lidocaine didn't numb the area enough to receive the 6 stitches I needed, they calmed me through the pain (I'm such a baby!).
