“Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Coram is a wonderful place & I know my mother is truly resting peacefully. Along with my grandma, grandpa and great grandma. My family & I felt compelled to acknowledge how wonderful Janelle has been throughout the entire planning process. Unexpected, sudden & a nightmare 2 days before Christmas, Janelle, sat patiently with us while articulating the planning process for a grave plot. She was patient and answered many of the same questions several times with such compassion. We already knew my grandparents were laid to rest here but after our meeting with Janelle, we felt confident my mom was laying to rest where she should. Fast forward a few weeks following the burial, my dad and I arrived for an appointment to purchase the flat bronze marker. We were blessed to have Janelle again that day, yet again she was patient, empathic and informative - it was meant to be. We had mentioned we may not be able to attend the mass offered the month following interment honoring my mom along with other deceased from December 2025. Janelle remembered that small piece of information & took the time to e-mail me the program featuring my mom's name, unprompted. That was so thoughtful. Thankfully, my dad & I were able to attend the mass, it was beautiful and highly recommended to those who lay their loved ones to rest.
