The Miller Place Branch Funeral Home staff exuded professionalism and empathy when planning my dad's funeral arrangements after he got sick unexpectedly and passed away. They took care of everything from the viewings, the family flowers, a digital picture collage, a personalized casket engraving, a meal onsite in their hospitality room between viewings, the funeral mass and cemetery burial service. They made a difficult time bearable for my mom and our family. They didn't push anything on us, but rather catered to what we thought was best for my dad. After the burial, we received a thumb drive of the picture collage, had the physical pictures packed for us, and collected the flowers we decided to take home. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with the Branch team and the services offered.
Branch Funeral Home is outstanding. Both my mother-in-law and longtime spouse, Linda, were serviced by this wonderful and caring place. They respond immediately to any request and follow up with personal and sincere interactions whenever I needed it.
