The Miller Place Branch Funeral Home staff exuded professionalism and empathy when planning my dad's funeral arrangements after he got sick unexpectedly and passed away. They took care of everything from the viewings, the family flowers, a digital picture collage, a personalized casket engraving, a meal onsite in their hospitality room between viewings, the funeral mass and cemetery burial service. They made a difficult time bearable for my mom and our family. They didn't push anything on us, but rather catered to what we thought was best for my dad. After the burial, we received a thumb drive of the picture collage, had the physical pictures packed for us, and collected the flowers we decided to take home. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with the Branch team and the services offered.
When my dad passed we went to Branch for his services. The establishment is just beautiful and comforting. John Sat with us it was very patient, comforting, and gave us wonderful advice. The staff was impeccably kind. A few months ago my mom passed again. We went to the branch and was treated with the same kindness and respect as we were when we were there for my dad. I cannot say enough nice things about all the people who work there.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars! This place did an amazing job. I can’t even begin to say how impressed we were with their attention to detail, personal touches, professionalism, compassion, & expertise . I could go on and on. The staff and the funeral directors provided impeccable service, they were caring, attentive, but not overbearing. They went above and beyond expectations. Everything went seamlessly.
