As a lifelong Yogi this is my happy place. I choose Hot Yoga Works as my home studio because Suzanne's energy and knowledge have created the perfect environment for yogis at all levels. The instructors are all very knowledgeable and offer well rounded classes with attention to the whole body, mind, and spirit.
This place is where I find peace. The instructors emulate positive, healing energy filled with love. To motivate and educate, they share the health benefits while targeting specific body parts in each posture. The room is always hot- detoxing and working the mind, body, soul and spirit! BY FAR MY FAVORITE place to BE!
Best workout ever! I really enjoyed Lori's and Kerri's vinyasa clases. Different classes and great teachers. 262 entire different class, which I love because you feel the benefits of the poses right away. And extreme and crazy workout would be vinyasa bootcamp with amazing Marni.
