Best workout ever! I really enjoyed Lori's and Kerri's vinyasa clases. Different classes and great teachers. 262 entire different class, which I love because you feel the benefits of the poses right away. And extreme and crazy workout would be vinyasa bootcamp with amazing Marni.

I had an amazing Restorative Yoga and Reiki workshop with Toni Ann & Kerriann. I left feeling like I was on cloud nine. Space was gorgeous, very clean and organized. If it was a bit closer, I would be going there all the time. Love the space.

This studio is wonderful. I was always interested in yoga and one day decided to take class here after work. It was a rough time in my life and I was looking for something to get me out of a funk. My first class was on November 1st 2018 and my life has changed so much for the better. I thank all of the teachers there for how friendly, unintimidating, and clear it all was on my first day. More importantly, I thank the staff for the opportunity to work through blocked energy/emotions through a physical practice in a very safe space.
