“My wife and I recently purchased a home with beautiful original wood floors. Unfortunately, the previous owners dog had done a number on them with scratches everywhere. Donald and his team did a fantastic job bringing the floor back to life! Donald was also ver helpful when picking colors to match the antique banister to our staircase. They also did a magnificent job doing meticulous touch ups on said banister to really bring out the original stain and alsoeliminating imperfections caused over time. “My husband and I discovered water damage to the wood floor under our laminate in the condo we had just bought - it had clearly been there for a while, and the floor was so warped the laminate was bursting out. It was right in the middle of our living room and our apartment was already a wreck from getting ready for a new baby, so we were distraught, especially when most of the companies we reached out to quoted astronomical figures and/or said they would only do the project if they could redo the whole room. We needed the apartment to be safe for a new baby, but also couldn't afford to redo our whole apartment. He and his staff are very receptive to emails and phone calls. His prices are in line with the other firms, and significantly lower than general contractors. Shortly after going through all of the details, Andy sent me a contract. All of the work and expectations were clearly described. There were zero questions about what would be done, what would not be done, and how long the job would take. There were also zero questions about what would be expected of me (e.g. moving furniture, thermostat settings). His workers showed up on time, on the days they were scheduled.
