“We had never been to Carpet Trends before, but happened to stop by their sidewalk sale in Rye in July — and we are SO glad we did!

Ryan was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. He was incredibly friendly, sweet, attentive, and patient while helping us choose three beautiful carpets for our home. He took the time to show us different options, answer all of our questions, and help us find pieces that were perfect for our space. And a special shoutout to him for being so patient with my four-year-old son, who apparently decided the rolled-up carpets were his personal playground 😂.

Ryan was also incredibly responsive and communicative throughout the entire process and gave us a great, fair deal. He truly took care of everything — from surging and rug pads to delivery and even spreading the rugs out in our home.
