“Ishmael’s workers came in force -at least 4 workers the first day to remove the old carpet, linoleum & to begin the refinishing of the wood floors for my entire two bedroom apartment. I had a large old water stain under the linoleum & Ishmael was up front that his workers could lighten the discoloration (originally black in color) but would not be able to remove the damage.The second day, two workers came & fine tuned the refinishing & then applied the water based polyurethane finishes. Day 3 was drying. I had 4 small pieces of furniture to move & Ishmael’s crew helped relocate the furniture till the project was done & placed the pieces back in their original locations when the project was completed. Ishmael is a good communicator & kept his commitment to the date we agreed to & the timetable that he works on. I would enthusiastically recommend Great American Hardwood Services.“
