During our recent renovation we worked with the team at Prestige Flooring to replace all the hardwood floors in our home. Valerie was very professional and extremely patient with me. At one point I asked her if I exceeded my email and phone call limit with questions, and she said "absolutely not. That is what we are here for". From our wood floor selection (which there is plenty to choose from) to delivery, the staff were always very attentive and accommodating. They went above and beyond and I highly recommend them for all your hardwood floor needs and services. Thank you Valerie, John, and the team at Prestige. You are truly a one-of-a-kind business.

I had very good experience with them. Their pricing is very detailed and reasonable. Augusto and John were very friendly and knowledgeable.We had old white Oak in some part of the house and carpet in other. We were advised to put unfinished floor over carpeted area and Sand and finish whole floor( new and old). It turned out to be great. Finish was great. I was little unsatisfied with one corner. They corrected that part and put one more layer of stain over it.I would surely say that they would not let you hanging. They will make sure that you are happy with final outcome.
